procedure


Pour the contents of the sachet into a large bowl and then gradually stir in 180 ml of water, skimmed milk or reconstituted Laktolight®. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (900 W). Leave to cool for 1 hour in the fridge. Add the contents of the sachet of caramelised sugar on top of the cream before serving.
