: In boiling water: pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 140 ml of boiling water. Stir well to the bottom of the bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. In a microwave oven: pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Add 140 ml of cold water. Heat the mixture for two minutes (620 W). Leave to cool for 4 minutes, stirring from time to time.
